XPX was founded by a small group of New England business colleagues that currently serve as the organization’s national executive board known as XPX Global. This group manages the XPX website and blog; staffs and runs the national-level organization;  authorizes, supports and services local chapters; provides branding, process and ideology to the local chapters and from time to time offers additional services to members, chapters and the public pursuant to a License and Support Agreement between Global and each local chapter.

Each local chapter has a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers. The Board of Directors of XPX Boston, the first XPX chapter, can be viewed here.
