Charles Hagedorn, Principal at Seacliff Holdings
Charles has 18 years experience in the acquisition, operation, and improvement of marketing and manufacturing companies. He is the former Owner & CEO of Spectro, Inc. which he sold in 2010. Spectro is a 29 year old manufacturer of instrumentation for machine condition monitoring based on oil and fuel analysis. Spectro’s customers include industrial and military organizations, laboratories that provide oil analysis services, and companies with power generation applications or marine propulsion systems who wish to detect contaminants in gas turbine fuels. Prior to acquiring Spectro in 2001, Charles held various staff and operations positions in the International Marketing Division at Pennzoil Products Company. Charles received his Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.

Dick has been instrumental in all aspects of assisting entrepreneurs to build exceptional organizations and to capture the enterprise value they have created. Dick’s particular interest includes hands on consultative work with issues such as strategy, governance, management succession, and ownership transition. Recent publications include The Wealth Creation Process and Initiating Change in Turbulent Times – The Role of the Board and the Advisors. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College where he has served as a member of the Board of Trustees for over 20 years, and has chaired several Councils on Entrepreneurship, Business Strategy, and Global Business.

Jim has more than 25 years of experience providing tax consulting, financial and business planning guidance to individuals and closely held businesses. Ray is a member and former Chairman of the Education and Management Development Committee of the Massachusetts Bankers Association, a faculty member and Commercial Lending Instructor for The New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College (a 2-year program for bankers from throughout New England run by the Massachusetts Bankers Association), and a former member of the Board of the New England Chapter of the Risk Management Association. Ray received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
