Rescheduled Social Networking 201- April 7, 2010

[ April 7, 2010, 7:30 am to 10:00 am ]

As a follow up to Social Networking 101, which was presented in August 2009, we will concentrate on using LinkedIn as a resource to increase leads and referrals in this roundtable discussion.

Don Weintraub of Rainmaker Associates will present his workshop “Seeding the Funnel Cloud.” B2B buying research over the past 50 years consistently reports that “risk minimization” (more than price, location, service, etc.) is the buyer’s most important decision criteria. One way to mitigate risk is to be referred to a potential buyer by someone they already know and whose opinion they value.

So what if you could learn how to increase referrals by a factor of 10?  What if, in a few hours, you could learn how to penetrate must-win accounts?  What if you could easily identify satisfied customers who changed jobs and might refer you to buyers in their new company?  And what if, after learning these skills and applications, everything you’ll need to increase leads/referrals is readily available and free using social networks like LinkedIn?

In the XPX 2009 Member Focus Group you indicated that you wanted a business development tool. This is your chance to build your business in 2010.
