Ben Bailey III
Ben Bailey serves as Vice President of the Massachusetts Capital Resource Company, a provider of mezzanine capital and long term debt financing for Massachusetts business. In the past thirty years, MCRC has invested over $530 million in 270 companies to support growth, finance acquisitions and provide long term working capital for middle market and emerging growth businesses. Previously, Ben was a Vice President in Bank of Boston’s High Technology lending division and a Lending Officer at Chemical Bank. Ben earned his BSBA from Babson College and his MBA from Columbia University.
Kevin H. Kane
Kevin H. Kane is a Senior Vice President with Middlesex Savings Bank, the second-largest independent bank in Massachusetts with assets exceeding $3.5 Billion. The bank offers an array of Commercial Banking and Cash Management services through its twenty-five branches. Kevin previously held managerial positions in commercial banking, real estate development and corporate management with Summit Bank (Massachusetts), Flagship Bank, B.F. Goodrich Company and the Norton Company. Kevin is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from Tulane University.
Frederic H. Morris
Frederic H. Morris is a Partner and Founder at Brook Venture Partners with a focus on funding solid management teams in expansion stage InfoTech and medical technology companies. The firm’s initial investment size is typically $1.5 – $3 million, with total investment in a company of $5 million. Previously, Fred founded and led the Specialized Lending Division of State Street Bank in Boston as a Senior Vice President and member of the Management Committee. Mr. Morris holds a BA from Yale and earned his MBA from Harvard after serving as Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
